Request for Proposals: Non Homemaker Services

 

Coastline is seeking proposals for provision of Non-Homaker services.

Contracts will be awarded for the period October 1, 2015 to September 30, 2018.  All providers must meet EOEA standards and performance criteria.  Coastline reserves the right to reject any and all bids, wholly or in part, if it is in the agency’s best interest to do so.

Proposals are being accepted for the following services:
Adult Day Health, Behavioral Health, Bill Payer, Home Health, Chore, Companion, Competency Evaluations, Emergency Shelter, Environmental Accessibility Adaptations, Financial Consultation, Fiscal Intermediary, Grocery Shopping & Delivery, Habilitation Therapy, Home Based Wander System, Laundry, Legal Services, Medication Dispensing System, Personal Emergency Response System, Pre-filled Medication, Representative Payee, Short Term/Respite Care, Supportive Day Care, Translation/Interpreting, Transportation, Vision Rehabilitation Therapy, and Wanderer Locator/Safe Return.

A Bidder’s Conference will be held at Bristol Elder Services, Inc. 1 Father DeValles Blvd. Unit 8 , Fall River, Ma. on April 1, 2015 from 10:00 AM-12:00 PM.  All new agencies interested in being considered as service providers are encouraged to attend. Women, minority-owned, and small businesses are encouraged to apply.
